How do I order a custom design, and do I get to approve a preview before it is made?

You can order straight through our website, reach out via text, call, send an email to makeitweirdco@gmail.com, or connect with us on social media. Yes, every customer gets to preview and approve their design before it is finalized and produced.

How long does it typically take to create and ship my custom order?
We ask that you allow 5 to 7 days for the creation and shipping of your custom products.

What is your policy if an item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away via phone or email and we will gladly review the options with you to make it right.

What is your return policy on items?

Returns are accepted with the customer covering return shipping. You can choose between an exchange, item must be of equal value or receive store credit toward a future purchase.

How long do your decals last, and how should I care for them?
All decals include a 30-day warranty (excluding improper application) and are built to last outdoors for quite a while. To protect them, avoid using ammonia-based glass cleaners or abrasive scrubbing tools.

How should I wash and dry custom shirts and wearables?
Wearables can be washed immediately upon arrival unless an included note says otherwise. We recommend washing garments inside out on a delicate cycle in cold water, and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.

Do wearables come with a warranty?
Yes, all wearable apparel comes backed by a 90-day warranty so you can wear your weird style with total peace of mind.
